What is Biosecurity ?
Biosecurity is a series of measures to [protect against the entry and spread of pests and and diseases. The biosecurity system prevents or manages risk from harmful organisms, like pests and diseases. The biosecurity system helps protect New Zealand's economy, environment, human health, and a range of social and cultural values stopping pests and diseases before they arrive.
